We couldn't have asked for better weather, and everyone was wonderful as usual. This conference is put on bi-annually by the Desert Rose Chapter of RWA, and it's reputation continues to rise. We had big name authors, editors, and agents, and great workshops. I'm exhausted, but happy. I've had a request from an agent and an editor for the first three chapters of my Romantic suspense, on the strength of the pitch alone, even knowing it wasn't finished yet! Yeeehaaaa!!
